How long does it take for me to receive my item?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays) after payment received and you will receive an e-mail notification regarding the items being shipped. Once shipped, the items typically arrive within 10-15 business days. However, customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business days.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept return within 30 days from the date of your purchase. All returned products must be in new, resalable condition and original packaging included. We will refund your purchase price promptly. *Shipping cost is not refundable. Customer will need to pay all return shipping cost.*
What if the items are damaged when received?
If the goods should arrive damaged after transportation, please send them back to us. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Please inform us immediately (within the first 2 days of arrival), of goods damaged in transit. After more than 2 days we cannot take responsibility for any damages. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Postage for the return must be paid by yourself unless the item is faulty.
